My passion is to solve legal, financial and business problems with modern technology.

I've been developing not only business, legal and tax skills , but also programming and its practical application for business. The major part of legal tasks can be performed by algorithms, including projects based on Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning - I am passionate about researching and creating such solutions!


I understand business approach and give my best to develop innovative business ideas - f.e. as Double Finalist of the European Satellite Navigation Competition - European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency Special Challenge 2018 - the EU-wide competition organised by the most imporatant institutions, resoponsible for European space policy (including European Space Agency and agencies of the EU).







Functions, Publications and Conferences

I've published over 30 academic articles and chapters in books from the scope of tax law and international tax law, as well as presented papers at over 20 conferences and seminars in several jurisdictions.

My texts were published by such editors like Wolters Kluwer, Beck and Routledge. For my academical achievements I was granted with an award for the best PhD Candidate at University of Lodz in the field of social science (2019), as well as a scholarships for oustanding scientific achievements, given by Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland (twice: 2015 for students, 2018 for PhD Candidates)

My values and Projects


STRONG INTERNATIONAL BACKGROUND

I am fluent in English, German and Polish (including legal language), worked, studied and presented papers in several jurisdictions, completed seminars on i.a. (digital) expansion into new markets, transboundary negotiations, compliance and corporate governance and transboundary alternative dispute resolutions. Currently I am living in Munich, Germany.

EXPERIENCE

I've been working for big enterprises and significant market players, including employment in a BIG4 company in Munich, Germany.

I've given trainings for hunderets of tax professionals - including tax administration.

I've studied or presented papers at many top-universities (like Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., LMU in Munich, Germany, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria, University of Edinbourgh in UK)

In the academia I'm currently programming to solve the most important problems of the (international) tax law.



TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS SKILLS

I'm programming and dealing with financial, business and legal matters - I do know what computer skills are in business for. Not only in relation to BigData, but also to Business Process Automation, including massive use of Natural Language Processing.

CERTIFIED

I received a state tax advisory license (PL) as well as a state license for business restructuring (PL).
I've been developing my skills as PhD Candidate (UŁ, Poland), LL.M. Eur. Candidate (LMU, Germany) and B.Sc. Candidate (LMU, Germany, Computer Science and Computational linguistics). I'm finishing a training on legal translations for language combination English-German/German-English, organized by LMU, on the basis of the Bavarian regulations on education of lawyers (Fachspezifische Fremdsprachenausbildung für die Sprachkombination Englisch-Detusch/Deutsch-Englisch).

I'm dealing with space business (downstream), currently making an advanced training on space data, dedicated to public administration and researchers. The training is organized by the Polish Space Agency and Institute of Meteorology and Water Management.

I am also Member of Committe for Space Science, Polish Academy of Sciences (Branch in Gdansk) and Double Finalist of the European Satellite Navigation Competition - European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency Special Challenge 2018
